Lifetime Limited Warranty
We want you to love our products as much as we do. We want you to show them off, gift them to friends, and maybe even brag about how long they’ve lasted. Most of all, we want you to know our gear is built tough and built to last.
But here’s the deal: our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers real manufacturing defects (things like liners coming loose, plastic splitting where it shouldn’t, or handles that weren’t put together right). Basically, if something went wrong in how your product was made, we’ll make it right.
What doesn’t count? The “I ran over it with my truck,” “I dropped it in molten steel,” or “my ex went at it with a pry bar” situations. (Those stories are hilarious, and we’d love to hear them, but they’re not warranty issues.)
If you’ve got a true issue or defect, give us a call at 717-687-7436 or send an email to info@bevandaproducts.com. Depending on the situation, we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund your purchase price. We might ask you to return the old one so we can check it out.
Our products are built for the long haul, and if something manufacturing-related goes wrong, we’ve got your back.
State law might give you other rights too.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of arrival for all products (you will be responsible for return shipping*).
For orders that are outside of 30 days and unused, we ask that you pay a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the product refund, or it qualifies for full value store credit (you will be responsible for return shipping*).
For returning items outside of 30 days that are used, if you would like to exchange the item for another product, the return will qualify for 80% store credit only and not a refund (you will be responsible for return shipping*).
For items purchased outside 90 days, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on these products. Express/Overnight shipping orders will not be refunded for the shipping cost when returned.
*Shipping costs (including standard, express, or overnight shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a product error on our part.*
After you receive your order, you have 7 days to open and inspect the items. If something is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@bevandaproducts.com with photos/videos to document the issue. One of our team members will respond to you within 1-2 business days.
